  • High speed designs

    • Multiple PLL designs - ranging from 10G LC PLLs used in communication applications to 400MHz motherboard, spreadspectrum PLLs. Jitter as low as .5ps rms
    • Multiple serdes design - 2.5G and 10G transmitters. PCIE gen2 bang-band CDR
    • 1GigE AFE design - equalizers, hybrid, ADC, DAC, transmitter
    • Technologies ranging from 0.35u CMOS to 65nm CMOS, 0.13u SiGe, BiCMOS 

  • Power electronics

    • Multiple LDOs in BCD process
    • Charge pump based LED drivers including digital state machines & NVM memory to create truly mixed signal design
    • PWM controllers
    • Processes ranging from 0.6u BCD to 0.5u CMOS
